How much can I borrow?
We offer cash loans ranging from $600.00 to $15,000. The amount you are eligible for can only be determined by the information you provide by completing our online application.
How long does it take to get my cash?
We are typically able to deposit funds into your checking or savings account within 24 business hours from the time you accept a loan offer.
How do I send in required documents like monthly pay statements?
You can fax, upload, or email us all the requested documents. For instructions on doing so, visit our customer service page. NOTE: We require an END OF MONTH pay statement.
How do I check the status of my application?
You can check the status of your application by logging into your account or contacting customer service. All offers are good for 30 days.
How do I make my monthly payments?
We allow our customers to make payments via electronic payments, ACH, Money wire, and/or by check. For instructions on setting up an automatic monthly payment, please contact one of our customer service reps.
Do I have to use electronic payment methods to make my payments?
No, but making payments electronically is one of the most convenient ways to automate and manage your monthly payments. To set up electronic payments, you will need to set up an account.
What if I lost my Password or Username?
Your username is the email address you provided when originally applying for a loan. You can have your password emailed to the address on record or contact customer service for further assistance.
If I still owe you money or have previously been turned down, can I re-apply?
Yes, and we encourage everyone to do so. However, if you have recently been turned down, it might be a good idea to wait a few months to increase better your chance to be approved. If you currently have a loan, please know that your present balance and payment history will be factored in before deciding whether you are eligible for an additional loan.
What if I lost my account number?
Please contact customer service or log in to your account to retrieve your account number.
How do I update my account information?

Do I need good credit to apply?
Not necessarily. We encourage all applicants to apply. The process is quick, easy, secure, and free.
What other products does Set Financial offer?
We offer several payment protection plans such as Credit Life, Accident and Health, Involuntary Unemployment Insurance, and Vehicular Single Interest Insurance. Credit insurance products are not required to obtain credit, and we will not provide them unless you sign and agree to pay the additional premium.
Do you offer mortgage loans?
Set Financial does not offer mortgage loans.
Do you offer auto loans?
Set Financial does not offer auto loans. However, you might consider applying for an installment loan for a down payment on a new or used car.
What if I don’t know my credit?
No problem. During our application process, you will be asked to permit us to pull your credit.
What if I don’t have a credit history?
This is not an automatic disqualifier with Set Financial. We look at more than just credit history. We encourage everyone to apply regardless of your credit history.
How do I figure out my estimated payment?
We provide all approved applicants with several loans to choose from and clearly defined payment amounts/terms. If none of the options fit within your monthly budget, DO NOT ACCEPT the loan. Instead, please contact one of our loan officers.
What is my interest rate going to be?
Our loan rates vary based on several factors, including the loan amount and length of the loan and other factors unique to the individual applying. We will work to offer competitive offers and great service.
How is my interest calculated?
We use the precompute rule of 78s. A precomputed loan is one in which the debt is expressed as a sum comprising the principal and the finance charge amount computed in advance. The total amount of each payment is subtracted from the balance, including the principal and finance charges (interest).
What is the origination fee?
An origination fee is a payment associated with the establishment of a new loan.
What is a co-borrower?
A co-borrower is any additional borrower whose name appears on loan documents and whose income and credit history are used to qualify for the loan. Under this arrangement, all parties involved have an obligation to repay the loan. For mortgages, the names of applicable co-borrowers also appear on the property’s title.
What is a Power of Attorney?
A Power of Attorney is a legal document that allows a designated person to act on behalf of the individual that authorized the Power of Attorney.

Can I consolidate my payday loans and other high-interest debt?
We consider consolidation loans but cannot provide you an answer until after you apply for a loan.
